The COC Protocol is $925 USD and Includes:
- Onboarding and processing of medical records
- A review of your medical records
- Initial laboratory tests

Insurance
We do not accept insurance nor do we participate in Medicare or Medicaid. However, patients can request a superbill to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.
