The COC Protocol 2.0
A Comprehensive Therapeutic Program to Help Improve Your Cancer Outcome.
US/CAN 1-800-392-1353 | Outside US/CAN
The COC Protocol Benefits
- Help improve your response to standard-of-care therapies (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hormonal, and radiotherapies)
- Reduce side effects from standard-of-care treatment.
- Enable a process called apoptosis, or “programmed cell death,” of cancer cells
- Return your body back to a healthy metabolic and inflammatory state following cancer treatment to help minimize recurrence.
Results You Can See, Measure and Improve
What We Measure
Your in-depth health report uses a proprietary algorithm to link data from your blood tests, questionnaire responses, and health history to create pinwheels that measure your state of health in 6 key areas or categories.
- Inflammation
- Metabolism
- Lifestyle factors
- Liver
- Kidneys
- Cardiovascular
What You’ll Learn
Your report includes in-depth analysis of your modifiable risk factors, together with practical advice, and recommendations.
Each pinwheel will have a colorized score
(red) for out of range
(orange) for at risk
and (green) for within range/normal.
When you click on the pinwheel you can take a deeper dive into each health category to learn what you’re doing well, where you’re at risk and what you can do to improve your score.
In your initial consult, your oncologist will review your report, your protocol recommendations and lifestyle interventions to help you improve your score over the next 6 months.
What Comes Next
Your goal is to try to improve areas where your markers are out of range and to adopt recommendations to improve them. That’s why you’ll need a
follow-up appointment to review new bloodwork and see if your numbers have improved after being on the protocol and adopting lifestyle recommendations.
Why add our Protocol to your current treatment plan?
Current cancer treatments are designed to target cancer cells in the here and now, rather than dealing with the root causes that facilitated their development in the first place. Two of these root causes are chronic inflammation and metabolic dysfunction, and paradoxically, some of the very treatments used to treat cancer may actually make these issues worse.
What Does The Protocol Include?
- Comprehensive Biomarker Testing: These tests look for specific metabolic and inflammatory markers that, if improved over time, may lead to better health outcomes.
- An In-Depth Health Report: This dynamic report informs you on your risk factors for cancer progression or recurrence based on your metabolic and immunologic functions.
- Our ground breaking COC Protocol: Care Oncology has patented protocol which uses medications designed to target the specific energy requirements of cancer cells, disrupting their ability to grow and multiply.
- Lifestyle Recommendations: Your Care Oncology oncologist will make lifestyle recommendations (diet, sleep, stress, exercise) to help improve your biomarkers and overall health over time.
- Physician Oversight: Our program is delivered under Physician oversight from experienced Metabolic Oncologists who can prescribe medications and other interventions to help improve your health.
- Results You Can Measure: Quarterly check-ins will help us monitor and track your progress on over time. Our dynamic health report will show where you are doing well, where you’re at risk and what you need to improve.

Why Work With Us?
At Care Oncology, our expert oncologists provide safe, personalized guidance and adjunctive treatments that aim to optimize metabolic and inflammatory health in every cancer patient in a proportionate and tolerable manner, using a combination of evidence-based lifestyle guidance and medicinal interventions.
By improving specific biomarkers that have been proven to be associated with cancer outcomes, and which might otherwise deteriorate during conventional cancer treatment, we will enable patients to gain the most benefit from their oncologist’s treatments.
