About the Onboarding Process

How it Works

Once you’ve enrolled and paid, onboarding is easy:

  • Step 1: Register – You’ll be asked to register in our patient portal which includes:
    • Providing any requested medical records. Records are submitted via HIPAA compliant, secure channels.
    • Completing a comprehensive health questionnaire
  • Step 2: Schedule Your Appointment – Once we receive these records, a patient coordinator will contact you to schedule your labs and your first appointment with a Care Oncology oncologist.Your Care Oncology Physician will review your records prior to your appointment.
  • Step 3: Attend Your Physician Consult – You will meet with your COC oncologist to review your results and comprehensive health report. At this time your oncologist will go over your customized protocol and recommendations for any lifestyle changes.
  • Step 4: Schedule Your Follow-Up Appointment – Your next follow-up appointment will be made following this appointment.
